Starting FLL Teams
Our Presentation to Parents at CTA Liberty proved to administration parents have extensive interest in opening these opportunities for their kids. After our presentation we found out that they will be our first elementary school partner and will have 3 FLL teams beginning in the 2016 season.
Sonoran Storm is pursuing the Chairman's Award because "the Chairman's Award is the most prestigious award at FIRST, it honors the team that best represents a model for other teams to emulate and best embodies the purpose and goals of FIRST." As a team we are spreading honor and respect for science and technology in our community and with younger students.
